Engagement rings
What size?
It is best to measure the finger on which the ring will be worn with a finger tape measure, so there is no risk of making a mistake. However, this is not always possible, especially with engagement rings that are meant to be a surprise.
In this situation, it is useful to know that:
- The most popular women's size is 13, but unfortunately there are no rules here.
- As standard, we offer ring sizes from 10 to 18. For non-standard sizes, please contact us for price and lead time.
- It is customary to wear the engagement ring on the ring finger of the right hand.
- neither diameter nor circumference is a size, but it can be used to determine the size of the
Ring sizes - MEASUREMENTS
PLEASE NOTE: Please note that home measurements will always be an estimate and do not 100% guarantee the correct ring size.
- Every finger on every hand is different and if you measure the diameter of another ring to determine the size, it must be the ring from the finger on which the engagement ring will be worn.
Replacing the ring with another size
We provide our customers with a free ring size exchange within 30 days of purchase. Therefore, when buying an engagement ring, you do not have to worry if the size will be right.
If you find that the ring does not fit, please contact us. We will arrange for our courier to come to you free of charge to send the ring back to us and exchange it for the correct size. (Only applies to gold rings with precious stones).
It may happen that the ring is already worn (or we don't happen to have the size you need), in which case it is possible for our specialist goldsmith to change the size. The same applies to non-standard sizes. The first resizing is free of charge (only applies to gold rings with precious stones), except for sizes above 18, in which case the cost of resizing is determined individually for each model.
Please note that in the case of custom-made rings, it is not possible to change the size of the ring, only to have it resized by our specialist goldsmith. However, only if the design of the ring allows resizing!
