Delivery time

It is our highest priority to deliver goods to customers as fast as we can, so if possible orders sent immediately.

Delivery time is maximum 3 working days and within Europen Union 7 working days except for jewlery for order 1 week, custom made jewellery (approx. 4 weeks) and non standard ring sizes (in which case please contact us to determine delivery time).

We use Pocztex 24h services of the Polish Post with guaranteed delivery time (for Poland), GLS courier (for EU), as they are the cheapest and most reliable form of delivery.

All shipments are insured, so the entire risk is on our side.

Along with shipment confirmation we email you tracking number, so that you can track your package.
